Description

The eCommerce Coordinator reports to the Director of IT & eCommerce and will assist with GTS online sales and marketing. The position is responsible for engaging customers and encouraging online ordering and purchases through the company’s website. The eCommerce Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Marketing department to maintain and enrich content on the storefront to attract online sales. Work will be done from the company headquarters in Wheat Ridge, CO with a hybrid schedule - Thursdays in office the remainder of the week can be remote.

Responsibilities 

• Support the eCommerce Team in coordinating cross-functional projects, including website redesigns, platform migrations, and the launch of new products or promotions.
• Help manage project timelines, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure milestones are met.
• Main point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints related to eCommerce transactions, including setting up new accounts. Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain online product catalog to ensure proper product visibility and enrichment.
• QA - Help find and resolve bugs, test enhancements and new releases, etc. with our development partner.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing sales data, website traffic, and customer engagement metrics to help inform decisions on product placement, marketing strategies, and website optimization. 
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and SEO/PPC initiatives. Help gather content, ensure proper campaign setup, monitor performance, and compile reports on campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2 years experience in digital platforms, eCommerce, or website optimization.
• Previous experience in maintaining product databases or online sales platforms (e.g., Optimizely Configured Commerce).
• Experience in successfully supporting a business’ digital presence on web.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to document, research, and resolve technical issues.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various departments and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Plumbing or HVAC Industry experience preferred but not required.
