Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Perform auto body repairs and vehicle restoration
- Conduct thorough inspections to assess the extent of damage
- Repair or replace damaged body parts, panels, and frames
- Perform auto estimating to determine repair costs and replacement parts needed
- Repair or replace auto glass as needed
- Buff and polish surfaces to restore shine and smoothness
- Utilize paint spraying techniques for seamless finish
- Weld and fabricate metal components as necessary
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality workmanship
- Proven experience in auto body repair and restoration
- Proficient in auto estimating and glass replacement
- Skilled in buffing, polishing, and airless paint spraying techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed
- Knowledge of welding techniques for metal fabrication
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
