Job Responsibilities:

• Repair vehicles back to like new condition per repair estimate

• Perform work to meet manufacturer and insurance standards

• Communicate with manager and team members effectively to achieve departmental goals

• Promote a productive working relationship with others

• Listen to and support new ideas and approaches; adapt to change quickly

• Meet or exceed flat rate time allowances

• Use computer-related software to review manuals including diagrams as necessary to complete the repair

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license

• Minimum 2 years experience in auto body repair

• State Certified

• Strong automotive repair background
