This pace keeps their practice from consuming their lives outside of work. Our attorney salaries are very competitive on an hourly basis, but if you are trying to maximize your income by working like a dog, then you probably are not a fit for us. We do not pay the same as firms that expect eight or ten billable hours per day.
• We are looking for a few great attorneys that value having a life outside of the office. We take care of all the other hassles of marketing, case finance and client services, while giving our attorneys the opportunity to do meaningful and stimulating work. Our bonus structures allow our attorneys to increase their income if they want to, but over 80% stick with the six-hour-a-day pace because it works for their lifestyles.
• We help small to mid-sized business owners make smart business decisions with their problems and opportunities. Our attorneys must have courtroom experience because sometimes taking on one of our clients means heading to the courthouse to teach someone some manners.
• Business law experience is preferred, but not a prerequisite for joining our team. Our attorneys come from varied backgrounds including, collections, insurance defense, family law, and intellectual property litigation. The common denominators our attorneys have are devoted advocacy for our clients and the confidence to take a case to the courthouse, if necessary.
