FPGA Engineer Onsite: Orlando, FL Hours: 10 hour days - 4 days a week Clearance Required: DOD Secret Clearance Preferred Rate: $87 an hour with partial benefits GeoLogics is seeking a Degreed FPGA Engineer who for 8 years has designed and verified Circuit Card Designs. This role is for re-engineering and Hardware integration projects. Team Impact: *Develops, designs, verifies, and documents Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) development. *Determines architecture design, logic design, and system simulation. *Assignments include the analysis of all aspects from high-level design to synthesis, place and route, and timing and power utilization. *Support Circuit card designer with trade studies. *Develop and release design requirement specifications for product. *Support of production environment in debugging and troubleshooting FPGA related issues in a production environment will be a critical component of this particular role. Required Experience, Skills, and Education: * Over 8 years of FPGA design and verification * UVM and System Verilog. High Level Synthesis (HLS) design experience is a plus. * Integrating FPGA solution on hardware and design validation including simulation validation. * Bachelor Degree in STEM (Science, Engineering, Math, or Technology) Preferred Experience: * Matlab / Simulink FPGA design (HDLCoder / SystemGenerator) or High Level Synthesis (HLS) design experience is a plus. * Simulink * HDLBase * Ability to program with PLC and G Code * Active DOD Secret Clearance is preferred.
