Geoff McDonald and Associates is looking for an associate attorney to join its growing practice. Qualified candidate will handle a portfolio of cases to include pre-litigation/claims, litigation, trial prep and trial (General District Court and Circuit).
Qualified candidate must have a Virginia law license.
The right attorney will have compassion and understanding for the clients they represent. They will also have integrity and excellence for the work they will be doing for the Firm. The ideal candidate must be able to adhere to the Firm's core values and possess skills to build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Candidate must be able to autonomously handle a large volume of files, meet deadlines, create litigation plans, and conduct discovery while maintaining exceptional client interaction. Experience working with Virginia workers' compensation cases is a plus. Fluency in Spanish is a major plus!
