Job Description:

GenXC is actively seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team of professionals. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Equipment Operation: Proficiently operate heavy machinery, such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders, to execute various tasks on construction sites.
• Site Preparation: Perform site grading, excavation, and leveling to ensure the proper foundation for construction projects.
• Material Handling: Safely and efficiently move and transport construction materials using heavy equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Routine Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with construction crews, supervisors, and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and project completion.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address operational issues with equipment promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring project timelines are met.
• Precision Operation: Execute tasks with precision, following project specifications and blueprints accurately.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in a construction or related field.
• Valid heavy equipment operator certification or license.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret project specifications, blueprints, and instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety standards and protocols.
