We are looking to add The Best Possible People to our team. Daily duties include heavy product labeling and label management, inventory management, entering orders, pulling and packing orders, invoicing, shipping, and all other daily support functions.
**Role Overview**
We are looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Santa Maria, CA facility to deliver the highest quality customer service to keep customers wanting more. You are the front-line team member who answers calls and provides knowledge on all parts and services Preat provides. Continue to gain knowledge through educational resources to be the best in the industry. This position will be responsible for accurately completing tasks essential to the movement of product through our distribution center.
**Responsibilities:**
* Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
* Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
* Maintains customer records by updating account information to keep records accurate.
* Receive and process customer sales orders.
* Prepare for customer inquiries by studying products, services and customer service processes, participate in educational opportunities and seek knowledge.
* Respond to customer inquiries via all means of communication by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquires and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customers understanding of information and answer.
* Record customer inquiries and complaints following proper procedures.
* Be able to track orders for customers.
**Qualifications:**
* High School diploma or GED is required.
* Ideal to have customer service/phone center experience
* Ideal to have Preat product knowledge
* Knowledge of basic NetSuite functionality and the ability to accurately type at a reasonable pace is required.
* Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English.
