Overview

We are looking for an IT Support Technician II to join our team. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of IT Operations.

About You

  • Must have at least 2-3 years of strong helpdesk and customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to remain calm, patient and empathetic with non-technical users that are frustrated and/or under stress
  • Ability to work in a support desk environment remotely, as well as onsite in our Mooresville, NC office (when required)
  • Experience supporting within a Windows 10 environment
  • Experience supporting MS o365 and Teams is a plus.
  • Experience supporting VDI (Horizon VMWare specifically a plus)
  • Experience with ticket management systems (ServiceNow a plus)
  • Experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) applications (MobiControl and Android Enterprise a plus)
  • Acts as a role model within and outside the company
  • Ensures compliance with rules and regulations

This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination.
