Overview:Were looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.
You will report directly to the Controller. You will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties that includes processing high volume accounts payable, posting and coding, routing invoices for approval, vendor setup and maintenance.
- Vendor setup and including collection of W-9s
- Reviews invoices and check requests for appropriate coding
- Process check requests
- Vendor reconciliations
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years experience with full cycle AP (from data entry to check processing)
- 1-3 years accounts payable and general accounting experience
- Proficiency in Accounting software, Great Plains experience preferred
