Gentiva Hospice is searching for a full time Registered Nurse - RN to join our hospice team to help service patients in the Auburn/Opelikia/Salem areas. 12:1 Nurse to patient ratio. Monday - Friday!

You will report directly to the Administrator or Patient Care Manager Senior and will maintain primary control and professional management of each patient. You will act as primary liaison between physician, patient/family and hospice team.

• A current RN license (in the state of requested employment or ability to obtain)
