GenTent Safety Canopies! Established in November 2011,GenTent created a new market category introducing the first portable generatorrunning cover. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on, motivatedindividualseeking anopportunity to grow with our dynamiccompany. The successful candidate willcoordinateand oversee the daily operations in thewarehousewhile ensuringthatthe warehouse is organized and safe, inventory isaccurately recorded and entered, and thatstaff members are supervised and trained.

Warehouse LeadResponsibilities:

·Lead and coordinate the daily operations, including shipping and receiving,inventory management, order fulfillment,hardware pack kitting, and returns processing.

·Be the team lead for warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

·Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed.

·Train warehouse staff, including new hires. Inspect merchandise for damage, flaws, and irregularities.

Requirements

MinimumJob Experience: Enthusiasm tolearn and assist in multipleareas of our business.

·Excellent attention to detail.

·Excellent organizational and time management skills 

·Exhibits strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

·A willingness to problem-solve and suggest improvements.

·Basic knowledge of Windows Office software including Excel

Preferred Job Experience: Active forklift operator's license Class 1 or 5 years of experience.

·Advanced knowledge of Windows Officesoftware including Excel

·Has worked with inventory control software.

·Team Lead/Supervisorexperience 2 years. 

·Warehouse experience 5 years.

Physical Requirements:Able to stand, twist, and bend for extended periods of time while performing duties. Must be capable of lifting,stacking, and carrying up to 50 lbsthroughoutthe day.

Benefits

Pay: $20-$22perhour depending on experience.
