Your Role

Our team is seeking a Senior Architect that will collaborate with a studio of colleagues to develop innovative and beautiful design solutions to meet our clients' needs. This role will coordinate design through the construction administration phase. What You Will Do

• Manage client, team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape and civil consultants
• Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and all authorities having jurisdiction
• Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challenges
• Maintain project manual and specifications
• Conduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFIs during construction

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and experience in a commercial design firm
• 20 years of project experience in an architectural or engineering practice delivering large scale projects
• 5 years of experience designing and delivering aviation / airport projects (interior architecture, base building, ground up, renovations, and additions)
• Technical acumen and mentoring experience
• Licensed / Registered Architect
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3dMax, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office
• LEED accreditation preferred
