The IT Support Specialistensures that all reported issues are recorded and categorized, and either resolved immediately or delegated to theappropriate resource.Responsibility: Provide the initial point of contact for all systems users with IT related issues. Ensure that all requests are logged, classified, and delegated appropriately. Maintain a library of reported issues and solutions. Collect feedbacks from users to continuously improve the quality of IT Service. This position is responsible for investigating and collecting user feedback in order to continuouslyimprove the quality of service.QualificationsRequirement: Associate’s degree or above. Excellent communication skills.
