Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SalesForce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, information security, and computer networking. If you are passionate about technology and have experience in Salesforce administration, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
- Provide technical support for Salesforce users
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements
- Ensure data integrity within Salesforce
- Train new users on Salesforce functionality
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in REST API integration
- Knowledge of computer networking principles
- Experience with T-SQL for database management
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Understanding of AWS and VMWare technologies
- Ability to design system architecture
- Knowledge of information security best practices
- Background in IT infrastructure, including DHCP management
