Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SalesForce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our SalesForce platform and ensuring its optimal performance.

Duties:

- Customize and maintain SalesForce to meet business needs
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with various departments to implement SalesForce solutions
- Train users on SalesForce functionality and best practices
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Skills:

- Proficiency in SalesForce administration
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs
- Understanding of IT infrastructure
- Experience in solution architecture
- Ability to work with VMWare systems
- Knowledge of system architecture principles
- Proficiency in MySQL databases
- Background in computer science
