Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ICU settings and possess a strong skill set to provide exceptional patient care.

Duties:

- Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, collaborating with healthcare professionals as needed
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform airway management and assist with ventilator care
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with medical standards and protocols

Skills:

- Proficiency in Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems
- Experience in ICU settings with a focus on critical care
- Strong understanding of medical office standards and procedures
- Knowledge of behavioral health and occupational health practices
- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, including children
- Competence in airway management techniques
- Experience in administering injections and medications
- Familiarity with primary care principles
