Your Role as a Renal Care RN (Night Shift):

• Provide specialized care to patients with kidney disease, including those undergoing dialysis, during the night shift.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications and treatments, and respond to emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Advocate for patients' rights and well-being, ensuring they receive compassionate and comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
• 1 year of nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Certification in Nephrology Nursing
