Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, providing direct patient care, and ensuring the highest level of patient safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities
- Provide direct patient care and treatment
- Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care setting
- Strong knowledge in Toddler care, Dementia care, Tube feeding, IV insertion, and Health coaching
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Anatomy knowledge, suturing, and acute care is a plus
