Position: Charge RN - Cardiac Cath Lab
Location: Seattle, WA
Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, 12-Hour Shifts

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care, respecting the autonomy and dignity of each patient.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ensure patient and environmental safety, integrating evidence-based practices into nursing care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain relevant certifications.
• Lead and coordinate inter-professional care teams, modeling professional behaviors.

Required Skills:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Washington Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Certification - American Heart Association.
• NRP Certification - American Academy of Pediatrics.
• At least 1 year of experience as a charge nurse in a cardiac cath lab setting.
• Critical Care and Stepdown Experience.

Preferred Skills:

• National Certification in a related specialty.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
