Location: Grand Marais, MN
Position: LPN - (LTC)
Length: 13 weeks contract
Shift: 3X12 – Nights or Evenings
Start: 2 Weeks from offer

PAY BREAKDOWN:
Weekly Gross: $1620/week
Hourly Blended: $45per hour
Weekly Taxable: $399 Per Week
Weekly Stipend: $1220 Per Week
OT Rate: $50.55

REQUIREMENTS:
Note: Need Traveler, 50 Miles Radius
Need Active MN License or Compact Required /LPN license
Active AHA BLS & Covid Required
At least 1 year of experience as in LTC
