Job Title: Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our long term care facility. The LTC Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents while ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assessing and monitoring residents' health status
• Developing and implementing care plans for individual residents
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Educating residents and their families on health management strategies
• Maintaining accurate medical records
• Adhering to all regulatory guidelines and best practices in long term care

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long term care or a related field
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Understanding of long term care regulations and standards
• Compassion and empathy for elderly residents
