Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to Gengras Subaru. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on selling New Subarus, and pre-owned automobiles to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product knowledge, negotiating, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue opportunities, work within a CRM, prospecting, communicating in person, in writing, verbally, and lead generation
- Conduct a needs analysis, and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Negotiate pricing agreements with customers
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, technical sales, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team
