Position Overview:

As a Full-Time Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring truck drivers and warehouse employees. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. From conducting initial screenings to facilitating onboarding processes, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and provide timely updates to leadership.
• Facilitate pre-employment screenings, background checks, and reference checks.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to negotiate offers and finalize hiring decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and other recruitment partners.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisitions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Valid driver's license.
