Genesis10 is currently seeking a Production / Technical Support Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ.

This is a 12 month contract position.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of technology problems and incidents
• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with call handling and customer service

Requirements :

• Excellent customer service skills
• Windows 10 / 11, Microsoft Office, iOS (iPad / iPhone), and ticketing systems

Desired skills :

• Technology Call Center and or Customer Service experience
• Microsoft Office application suite

Pay Range : $11.03 - $19.03

Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
