Key Duties: Serve as company administrator for USCG Tank Barge Streamline Inspection ProgramLiaise with USCG personnel regularly regarding document complianceManage all regulatory documentation for the fleet using various systems and storage sites (e.g., Tow Works, SharePoint, network folders.Organize and track company payments for Jones Act casesMaintain necessary office and kitchen supplies for Hobby officeAssist maintenance and procurement teams with cost tracking and issuance of purchase ordersParticipate in on-call rotation on a monthly basis (e.g., taking calls and coordinating care)Other duties as assigned Required Skills, Experience, and Education: High school diploma or equivalentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and ExcelFamiliar with USCG documentation processMust have ability to complete annual HIPAA training and comply with requirementsMust be punctual, organized, and capable of multi-taskingGood written and oral communication skillsTWIC Card preferred
