The SAFe/AgileCoach (Portfolio) will lead the implementation of agile and DevOps principlesand best practices using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as part of ourcustomer’s credentialing program. This credentialing program requires agilecoaching professionals with deep knowledge of agile, broad experience,impartial perspective, true coaching skills, and reinforced learning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning for agiletransformation and coaching activities, including schedules and coachingimplementation plans that incorporate the Coaches’ approach of guidance,instruction, and direction provided to ensure implementation and sustainment ofthe Agile approach, and monthly status reports
• Review current businesspractices, principles and processes and conduct business gap analysis onprograms to define current ‘as-is’ business practices and outline path toward ‘to-be’agile practices to be formulated as recommendations for government implementation
• Assist program personnel inapplying and adapting agile processes throughout the programs, identify andreport risks and issues that constrain programs and agile teams fromeffectively and quickly delivering business value, and lead coaching meetingswith branch and division managers to support business improvement practiceswithin the organization. List the primary duties and responsibilities in orderof importance

MinimumQualifications/Experience:

• Experience guiding organizationsthrough agile transformation challenges using Scrum and SAFe
• Experience working withExecutives on strategy and building the Portfolio Canvas
• Able to define Operational andDevelopment Value Streams
• Experience setting up LeanPortfolio Management (Lean Governance, Portfolio Operations, Lean Budgeting)
• Experience defining StrategicThemes
• Must be able to work with EpicOwners and setting up Portfolio Kanbans, and defining exit criteria, workingwith Enterprise Architect and Epic Owners to develop Epic Roadmaps
• Experience in Public Sector SoftwareDevelopment programs, preferably SAP Implementations
• Experience in leadershipcoaching, organizational transformation, and Agile practices at the teams(Program and below) and at the enterprise level
• Experience as a hands-onorganizational change agent working across multiple teams and organizationalboundaries
• Experience assisting leadershipand team members with removing barriers and embracing transformation byassisting each organization to customize its own path, approach and solutionsto becoming Agile
• Experience launching agile teamsand Agile Release Trains, building a Continuous Delivery Pipeline with DevOpsculture, and empowering a Lean Portfolio
• Experience supporting andexecuting PI Planning events and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains(ARTs)
• Experience helping agile teamsimplement agile technical practices and continuous integration continuousdeployment (CICD) tools and pipelines

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years’experience, or 10 years’ experience with no degree

Required Certifications:

Scrum-certified by ScrumAlliance or Scrum.org

SAFe Certification

Must be US Citizen

Must have Active DoD Secretclearance or Ability to Obtain it

Willingness to be on-site daily
