Sale Support Specialist

Work Schedule: M – F 8a – 5p

Rapidly growing generator company is seeking a Sales Support Specialist . This position is a customer facing role that is also responsible for streamlining and developing the lead appointment setting process including, but not limited to:

Answering incoming sales lead calls and gathering initial information for sales needs;

Making outbound calls and vetting prospective customers;

Setting appointments for a geographically dispersed Sales Team;

Follow-up with prospective customers via phone, text and email;

Assisting sales team with administrative duties;

Rescheduling sales appointments;

No cold calling;

Other responsibilities will be determined as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Capacity to multi-task and use multiple computer applications simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Strong team integration and communication skills.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Work schedule shall be at a minimum of M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM but extended hours are a clear common practice.

Compensation $13-$18 per hr.
