We are seeking a Junior IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Junior IT Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for software, hardware, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to software, hardware, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network systems
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
• Document technical issues and their solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in technology to improve technical skills
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Self-motivated and driven to learn and grow in the field of IT
