Welcome to General Traffic Equipment Corporation, a family owned and operated company since 1978! Currently we are the largest manufacturer of traffic signals and hardware on the East Coast of USA! The industry is growing and we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily manufacturing operations and drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, leadership development, strategic planning, and logistics coordination of a warehouse operation.

Duties:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and performance
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to ensure company goals are met
- Lead and mentor a team of about 20 employees, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall business operations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive cost savings and revenue growth
- Coordinate LTL shipments daily for product that is ready to be shipped

Experience:
- Proven experience in operations management and coordination of manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise teams effectively

- Need to be Billingual in Spanish and English and communicate daily with Spanish speaking employees
- Demonstrated success in business development, organization and strategic planning
- Proficiency in project management solutions and understanding of Lean Manufacturing Priciniples is a PLUS
