• Worksite Location: Woodbury (Long Island), New York
  
• Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
  
• Hybrid: 3 days onsite at corporate office
  
• Must have: Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License - State of New York
  
• Must have: Minimum 5 years experience as an Account Manager supporting Commercial Lines Insurance

What you will do as an Account Executive - Commercial Lines Insurance:

• Use various online rating systems Knowledge of various carrier appetites and guidelines
  
• Negotiate terms and conditions based on client risk attributes
  
• Maintain account folders in accordance with internal Quality Control guidelines
  
• Check policy coverages and endorsement on all new business and renewals for accuracy and relevance
  
• Complete specs, prepare proposals, policy summaries, and reviews
  
• Review policies for accuracy and adequacy of coverage, including rating calculations
  
• Assist with the accounting department on research and justification of premium charges as compared with endorsements and invoices
  
• Begin studies for appropriate licenses

What you will bring to the role as an Account Executive - Commercial Lines Insurance:

• Bachelor's degree
  
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience supporting commercial lines insurance
  
• Ability to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insurance
  
• Good typing skills and computer literacy
  
• Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License - State of New York
  
• Strong computer skills, specifically in Excel and Word
