General Hotels Corporation is Hiring a Sales Coordinator-Crowne Plaza Near Indianapolis, IN
- Administrative support to DOS, Sales and Catering Managers and Crowne Meetings Team
- Responsible for answering initial inquires, client calls/questions, and internal operational questions
- Contract and proposal preparation
- Maintenance of hotel sales and catering database, Amadeus
- Correspondence to clients and guests
- Responsible for filing and maintaining all sales files
- Recording of all definite contracts
- Preparation of Month end reporting
- Maintenance of group lead sources and assignment of leads to sales managers
- Maintaining social media presence for the hotel
- Maintaining hotel websites and updating content
- Assistance with any special projects as assigned by the Director of Sales or Sales & Catering team
- Related work experience in hotel sales and catering or customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Amadeus or Delphi is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organized team player with the ability to work within tight and changing deadlines
- Monday to Friday schedule from 8am until 5pm; some extended hours based on event’s needs
