- Monitor projects voicemail and email
- Code/submit invoices as projects are completed
- Create/submit monthly reports for projects billing
- Assist with Capital projects for owned hotels
- Gather bids/quotes for projects and large volume purchases
- Schedule vendor appointments/meetings as needed for Director and Manager
- Assist in the planning/purchasing goods for PIPs for owned and managed hotels
- Assist in the planning/purchasing goods for new build projects
- Stay up to date on brand standards
- Create and maintain rapport with vendors
- Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- Detail oriented
- Good communication- written and verbal
- Hotel background preferred
- Ability to follow up and see projects through until the end
- Microsoft Office package experience is helpful
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to manage time wisely and prioritize
