General Dental Office is Hiring a Dental Office Receptionist Near Dundalk, MD

Job Summary: DENTAL EXPERIENCE ONLY (Spanish Speaking preferred)
We are currently seeking a Dental Front desk. The candidate must be reliable, hardworking, insurance terminology & procedure knowledgeable.

Dental Front desk Responsibilities:

  • Checking-in and checking-out patients accordingly
  • Answer incoming calls and taking messages as necessary
  • Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation of appointments
  • Insurance verification, dental billing and coding , aware of dental terminology, outstanding claims, treatment planning and all front desk clerical duties
  • Maintaining cleanliness inside the premises, specifically the reception area/restrooms.
  • Collecting payments from patients
  • Managing all the daily front desk duties
  • Knowledgeable with Dentrix software, Dentrix Hub patient communication, Dexis imaging

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • No weekends

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dundalk, MD 21222: Relocate before starting work (Required)
