Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must own a reliable vehicle
• Must be available to work in multiple locations and/or designated locations within Henry Co, Missouri
• Residents of Henry Co, Mo will be considered for this position
• Must maintain an active phone plan with data & text messaging
• Strong attention to detail & time management required
• Experience in commercial cleaning preferred
• Must be willing to work independently and with a teammate as scheduled
• Must be able to follow written & verbal directions
• Must be able to multi task & work at a fast pace
• Must be tolerable to variations in work place temperature and job site environments

Job Description

*Cleaning task are classified as physically demanding and may include but are not limited to performing the following job related task:

• Maintain cleanliness of areas at each assigned facility
• Perform cleaning duties as assigned
• Tolerable to the use of cleaning chemicals to complete assigned cleaning task
• Detail clean horizontal and vertical surfaces of contents in each assigned area. For example: restrooms, locker rooms, kitchenettes, entrances, offices, conference rooms, exam rooms, lobbies, labs, breakrooms, smoke shacks and other areas as assigned. Assigned task may be indoors and outdoors
• Clean interior and exterior ground level windows
• Collect and dispose of heavy weighted trash
• Restock janitorial supplies on carts and in janitorial closets. .
• Lift & maneuver supply boxes of paper products and cleaning chemicals weighing up to 40lbs from the storage room floor to janitorial supply storage racks.
• Strip, wax & polish hard surface floors.
• Manually, operate equipment. Knowledge and/or willingness to learn how to operate equipment such as floor buffers, burnishers, auto scrubbers, extractors, vacuums and other equipment are required.
• Understand & implement safety first policy & procedures.
• Must be willing to complete documentation, safety & other work related training as scheduled.

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
