Lead Technician responsibilities & qualifications:

• Must have flexibility in your schedule to cover call in's
• Must have flexibility in your schedule to cover on call duties (bonuses provided)
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must own a reliable vehicle
• Must be available to work in multiple locations within Camden Co, Missouri
• Residents of Camden Co, Mo will be considered for this position
• Must maintain an active phone plan with data & text messaging
• Strong attention to detail & time management
• Multitasker w/ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadline
• Effective communication skills; verbally and written

• Schedule flexibility
• Perform quality inspections at area jobsites

Job Description

*Cleaning task are classified as physically strenuous & demanding and may include but are not limited to performing the following job related task:

• Cleaning technicians perform cleaning services at businesses throughout Henry Co, Missouri.
• Candidate must be tolerable to the use of cleaning chemicals
• Candidate must be physically capable of detail cleaning horizontal and vertical surfaces of contents in each assigned area. For example: multiple areas to include office spaces, cubicles, warehouses, production areas, restrooms, locker rooms, kitchenettes, entrances, offices, conference rooms, exam rooms, lobbies, labs, breakrooms, exterior break areas, smoke shacks and other areas as assigned. Assigned task may be indoors and/or outdoors and in hot and/or cold temperature.
• Candidate must be physically capable of cleaning interior and exterior ground level windows.
• Candidate must be physically capable of collecting and disposing of heavy weighted trash of up to 25lbs,
• Candidate must be physically capable of restocking supplies on carts and onto shelving and in cabinets. .
• Candidate must be physically capable of lifting & maneuvering heavy boxes containing paper products and cleaning chemicals. Boxes are broken down and supplies are moved by hand from the box to the shelving and cabinets by hand.
• Candidate must be physically capable of refinishing hard surface floors and manually operate equipment. Knowledge and/or willingness to learn how to operate equipment such as floor buffers, burnishers, auto scrubbers, extractors, vacuums and other equipment are required.
• Candidate must understand & implement safety first policy & procedures.
• Candidate must be willing to complete documentation, safety & other work related training as scheduled.

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
