About the role:
Gen3 is looking for a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst with HCM expertise including Payroll & Education, to support the MD Judiciary Courts PeopleSoft environment. In the role of Business Analyst with a focus on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, you will be the designated Subject Matter Expert, providing valuable insights and proficiency in this domain. Your responsibilities encompass defining and capturing comprehensive business requirements to guide decision-making and solution development. Leveraging your expertise, you will actively contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment phases for customizations or configuration updates within PeopleSoft FSCM. Furthermore, your role extends to offering proficient support at all tier levels, ensuring smooth production operations. Your multifaceted contributions will be instrumental in maintaining the effectiveness and reliability of PeopleSoft HCM.
