About the role:

Gen3 is looking for multiple PeopleSoft Developers to support the MD Judiciary Courts PeopleSoft environment with HCM and FSCM specializations. In this position, collaboration with Business Analysts is integral as you engage in the design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of PeopleSoft customizations. Your responsibilities will encompass coding and unit testing for PeopleSoft customizations, ensuring their accuracy and functionality. Additionally, you will be involved in the seamless migration of projects and objects from the development phase to the testing environment, contributing to the overall efficiency of the PeopleSoft system. Your active participation in these tasks will play a key role in the successful execution of PeopleSoft customizations.

Location:

  • FSCM/HCM and FSCM Developers: Remote, U.S 
  • HCM Developer: Hybrid, remote in Annapolis, MD 21401. Three days on-site and two days remote, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Must be available after hours as needed. 

What you'll do:

  • Identify and troubleshoot bug fixes, defects, and configuration issues.
  • Provide knowledge and recommendations on PeopleSoft technical issues.
  • Works with Functional Analysts in design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of Peoplesoft customizations.
  • Code and unit tests PeopleSoft customizations.
  • Migrate projects/objects from development to test.
  • Prepare production migration requests with all supporting information for move to production environment.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Three years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
  • Three years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.

What's desired to have:

  • Five years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
  • Five years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
  • Experience with the following:
    • PeopleSoft upgrades and testing.
    • PeopleSoft selective adoption process.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the following:
    • SDLC methodology and processes.
    • SQL
    • Oracle 19C databases
    • REST-based webservers
    • App Designer
    • SQR
    • AWE
    • PeopleCode
  • Ability to provide expert customer service.
*Note: Work is pending contract award.
