Will have specific Technical project assigned that will deliver finished formulation of high loading protein bar as well as sugar reduced cereal bars using new GELITA ingredient, OPTIBAR. New ingredient expected to be launched in the North American market in late 2024/ early 2025. Base formulation already in place from Corporate HQ: however, needs to be recreated to determine if taste and texture profile meet Regional needs. Project will not only optimize the formulation but will monitor specific parameters of shelf life that is looking at texture, taste, moisture content, hydroxyproline content and possibly molecular weight profile over time. Project will also evaluate market products specific to the Region for taste, texture, etc. to compare with GELITA formulations. Lastly, project report defining all findings will be prepared as well as Technical presentation to be assembled and presented to Regional BU NHI team members Global Category leads.
Education: Preferably someone pursuring Associates or Bachelor degree in Science based subject.
Experience: None required as will be supported by Technical Service Management members.
Other position requirements: Ideal to have project experience as well as familiarity with presentation assembly. Interpersonal skills to effectively present to Management.
