  • Geiger Pump & Equipment is a leading supplier of critical pumps, vacuum pumps, blowers, mixers, and related equipment to manufacturers and water treatment plants throughout the Mid-Atlantic.

    We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our growing team in Baltimore, MD or Aston, PA.

    The Customer Service Professional will :

    • Provide customers with pricing for equipment parts or repairs, order acknowledgements and status updates
    • Enter and track orders in our business system, including inputting sales and shop orders
    • Work with our shipping team to coordinating shipments
    • Purchase materials to fulfill orders and monitor inventory and regularly purchase materials to maintain inventory levels
    • Work in partnership with our sales teams to assure customer expectations are met or exceeded
    • Focus on providing customers with exceptional customer service and clear, timely communication

    Minimum Qualifications :

    • Ability and desire to learn quickly
    • Computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe, and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and business systems such as Sage 300
    • Ability to complete tasks independently and manage time
    • Positive attitude and desire to learn and contribute to a team and provide exceptional service
    • Associates degree would be a plus
