Southern Impression Homes is a builder of single-family homes and multi-family units for both the BTR and owner-occupied markets in Florida. Headquartered in Jacksonville, the company is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent to help the company meet or exceed its sales, closings, and profit goals for homes built to be tenant-occupied by making sales in Florida's top 10 fastest growing markets.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all prospects are registered in HubSpot
• Convert leads to sales at the projected ratio
• Follow up with all potential buyers to convert to sales
• Maintain low cancellation numbers
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the company
• Manage buyer through the loan, start, construction, and closing process to ensure timely completion of buyer activities; coordinate appointments and follow up as needed
• Maintain a constant line of communication with buyers keeping them informed of the status of their home
• Communicateallapplicableissues, problems, complaints, and changes to management, construction, division administration, lenders, title and/or buyers as appropriate to ensure proper expectations internally and externally
• Troubleshoot and offer suggestions for solving any problems which may lead to a delayed closing
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of pricing, expected return on investment, and contract terms, and effectively communicate with buyers about them
• Meet company requirements for customer satisfaction
• Provideaccurateandtimelyreportsandpaperwork, including contracts, as required
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive company image through appearance and behavior

Qualifications:

• Possess an active FL Real Estate Agent license in good standing
• Minimum one year of experience selling single-family and/or multi-family homes in a fast-paced environment
• Experience successfully managing leads, experience with HubSpot a plus
• Professional demeanor in all work activities
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to develop and maintain positive and cooperative work relationships
• Knowledge and understanding of the processes and procedures used in the building, selling, and closing of multi-family and single-family homes
• Knowledge and understanding of escrow and home financing processes and procedures
• Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
• Able to occasionally work more than 40 hours per week, including weekend and evening availability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling investment properties
