Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat is growing faster than ever and is looking for a Service BDC Representative to grow with us. Our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility is finally completed! As a Service BDC Representative, your role on our Service Team would be focused on customer service, assisting our clients, and clerical duties that come with warranty work. The ideal candidate would have excellent phone etiquette, a warm personality, and previous warranty admin experience.

• Scheduling customers into our online system.
• Dispatching roadside assistance.
• Delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proactive outbound service scheduling.
• Answering phone and email correspondence.

Qualifications

Service BDC Representative Qualifications

• Prior experience in either a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative Role.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Computer and phone literacy.
• Phone etiquette and communication skills.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
