Description

 Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for closing accounts payable monthly and fiscal year end reports. 
• Review and maintain pricing standards for all purchased inventory. 
• Assess and report quantity and pricing discrepancies. Work in conjunction with the purchasing department to investigate and correct these occurrences to conclusion.
• Cursory audit of physical inventory at fiscal yearend. 
• Disbursement of computer and manual payments for all company purchases, including invoices, taxes, travel reimbursements and C.O.D. deliveries.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of elementary accounting and purchasing procedures.
• Computer skills including: spreadsheets, forms and graphs.
• Communication skills necessary to communicate with persons at all levels in and out of the company.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience needed. 
• Excel knowledge and integrated business system experience required (IFS preferred).
