Your Mission:

Who We're Looking For:

• Proven Leadership: 3 years of experience in a Hotel General Manager role, with a preference for backgrounds in Select Service – Extended Stay hotels.
• Choice Expertise: Experience within the Choice brand is highly regarded.
• Operational Excellence: A deep understanding of hotel management practices, laws, and guidelines.
• Tech-savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (PMS).
• Dynamic Leadership: A hands-on approach to leadership that fosters collaboration and excellence.
• Guest-centric mindset: Exceptional service skills combined with a strategic business approach.
• Decision-Making Prowess: Demonstrated ability to make impactful decisions swiftly and effectively.
• Multitasking Mastery: As our Hotel General Manager, you must have the capability to juggle various tasks seamlessly in a dynamic environment.
