Title of Position : Assistant Manager
Job Description : As an Assistant Manager at our bakery, you will be responsible for opening and closing, and ensuring the store is well kept and clean.
You will also be responsible for scheduling, hiring and training new employees and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
In addition, you will work closely with the bakery's owner to develop and implement business strategies and marketing plans.
On a day-to-day basis, you will oversee the daily production of all baked goods, manage inventory levels, and handle any customer inquiries or complaints.
Your strong leadership skills will be crucial in creating a positive and efficient work environment for our team and ensuring the success of our bakery.
