Groundsman/ Janitorial

Essential Functions:

• Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities grounds. Performs cleaning duties, such as cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping floors removing trash. Performs grounds duty cutting and maintaining the grass and weeds as needed.
• Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisor, manager.
• Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Client, DTE Fermi
• Grounds/Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific power plan environment, including ten-year work history if available.
• Excellent Customer Service
• MUST be able to pass background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
