GCC Printing & Graphics, a woman-owned small business with over 37 years of experience in the commercial printing, mailing and sign industry. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team!

As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service. You'll greet clients, answer phone inquiries, handle orders across various channels (phone, email, in-person, website), and create detailed work orders.

Here's what you'll do:

• Be the welcoming first impression for our clients at the front counter.
• Answer phone calls, address customer needs, and route inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Process orders through various channels and create comprehensive work orders.
• Manage invoicing and payments using QuickBooks Online and online payment systems.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding order status and pickup.
• Collaborate with the team members on orders and help keep the shop organized.
• Bonus points: Experience with QuickBooks, knowledge of printing terminology and processes, and understanding of paper types and finishes.

Pay: $34,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
