Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations

- Perform quality inspections at various stages of the construction process, including pre-construction, during construction, and post-construction

- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance quality control processes

- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to address any quality-related issues and implement corrective actions

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control procedures, inspection reports, and project records

- Train and educate staff on quality control standards and procedures

- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in construction quality control

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

- Proven experience in construction inspection and quality control

- Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry standards

- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
