We are searching for Construction Quality Control Manager with Federal Construction Experience
Qualifications:
· Must have Federal ROOF project experience.
· Possess complete authority and responsibility to take any action necessary to ensure contract compliance.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.
· Skillful communicator in both verbal and written communication.
· Excellent writing skills with proper grammar.
· A great listener who can communicate professionally and in an open and positive approach.
· Must pass pre-employment drug test/physical/background check
· Membrane Roofing project experience is a plus
General Summary of Position for QCM: Responsible for all Contractor Quality Control functions on FEDERAL construction projects.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
· ABILITY TO BE A MULTI-HAT (SUPERINTENDENT AND OR SSHO A PLUS!)
· Responsible to maintain documents and records at the site at all times
· Read and understand specifications, reference codes, and standards.
· Review and interpret contract drawings.
· Review and approved the Submittal Log and Schedule of Submittals
prior to submission.
· Certify that the Submittal Log and Submittal Schedule is complete and is
coordinated with the requirements of the Construction Schedule.
· Responsible for the overall quality of workmanship and compliance with specifications
· Review provisions that have been made to provide required control inspection and testing.
· Have experience with Three Phase Quality Control Program.
· Efficient management of project As-builts and Submittals.
· Check to ensure all materials and or equipment are correct and approved.
· Control all communications and project documentation to preclude any delays or deficiencies.
· Communicate with the Contracting office in a positive and solutions-oriented manner.
· Lead required meetings with all parties in a professional, organized, and well-formed.
· Be on top of all daily work activities, and ensure all testing is done accordingly and documented correctly.
· Be consistent with all required inspections, and have a proactive rather than reactive approach to all aspects of quality control.
· Have a partnering attitude in resolving all situations, respond promptly to customer needs, and always place the client's interest at the forefront of all conflicts.
Schedule:
· 8-hour shift
· Monday to Friday
Experience:
· Quality Control: 5 years (Preferred but not necessary)
· manager: 5 years (Preferred but not necessary)
· construction: 5 years (Preferred but not necessary)

Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
