Job Description:
We are growing and need to add friendly and talented individuals to our team! Our company is seeking a part-time Property Manager to manage the operations of a 3 year old apartment complex in Windom, MN. If you are a dedicated individual that enjoys a fast paced and positive work environment, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
  • Maximize the operating performance of the property.
  • Conduct leasing tours with new prospects.
  • Complete accurate lease and move in paperwork.
  • Work with vendors and assist with the opening operations of the brand new community.
  • Maintain the physical integrity and curb appeal of the community.
  • Maintain positive customer service with residents.
  • Efficiently coordinate the turnover of vacating apartments.
  • Implement and manage strategies to ensure accounts receivable are minimal.
  • Manage contracted vendors that service the buildings.
  • Assure compliance with company policies.
  • Assure adherence to all government regulations including Fair Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity, ADA and OSHA.
  • Supervise property custodial team.
Qualification & Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent required. College degree and industry certifications preferred.
  • Property management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Property management software experience preferred.
  • Effective time management.
  • Strong communication skills.
